About Our Mission

Learn about our history, values, and the dedicated team working to help individuals overcome addiction.

Our Story

Founded in 2010 by a group of recovered individuals and medical professionals, Olosho Drugs Addiction Rescue Initiative began as a small community outreach program. What started as a volunteer-driven initiative has grown into a comprehensive addiction rescue and rehabilitation organization serving hundreds of individuals each year.

Our founder, Dr. Michael Chen, lost his brother to addiction in 2007. This personal tragedy motivated him to establish an organization that would provide the kind of compassionate, effective care that was lacking when his family sought help.

Today, we operate three rehabilitation facilities and a mobile outreach unit, with plans to expand our services to reach more communities in need.

Our Values

Compassion: We treat every individual with dignity, respect, and understanding, recognizing that addiction is a disease, not a moral failing.

Evidence-Based Care: Our programs are grounded in scientific research and best practices in addiction treatment and recovery support.

Holistic Approach: We address the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions of recovery to support whole-person healing.

Community Integration: We believe recovery happens in community, and we work to rebuild connections with family, friends, and society.

Advocacy: We advocate for policies that support addiction treatment, reduce stigma, and increase access to care for all who need it.
